Replacement paper tabs for your vital id or similar adjustable bracelet. These will work for your child medical or safety id, and your adult medical or sport bracelets. Available in 2 sizes: Small (3" X .5") or Large (4" X .5")
It is suggested to fill out the tab with your information and then use transparent tape to cover it. This will make taking out of the bracelet easier and protect the information.
